SASCHA HAUSMANN - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Sascha is the CEO and co-founder of Busy Rooms. Sascha started his career in tax consulting & accounting focused on audits, consulting on corporate tax, company structure, reporting and the implementation of finance systems. After 6 years in the profession, he moved onto WorldRes, one of the first online reservation systems in the industry. In 2005, Sascha, together with two partners, incorporated StellantPartners, a consultancy firm specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions, operational & strategic as well as fund management where he is still a partner today. Between 2007 and 2012, as part of the consultancy practise, Sascha took on the roll as CEO of eRevMax (operating under the RateTiger brand) to establish a global presence, build a sales and marketing team and generate a medium to long term business strategy for the business. Sascha is a well-recognised figure in the online travel industry, speaking at many events and being a trusted advisor and investor to various companies in the online marketplace.

In his spare time, Sascha is a passionate general aviation pilot, has a boat license and enjoys swimming.

CLIFTON DINGLI BENNETTI - CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Clifton was originally trained in finance and accounting and holds an ACCA qualification. In parallel to his training, Clifton specialized in high end computer infrastructure solutions. At the age of fifteen Clifton founded a company focused on general computing equipment. While working on consultancy for a client he was enticed into the travel industry, fell in love with it and never went back. Since then he has consulted for various travel companies, tour operators and travel agencies in the UK, Germany and Malta. In 2009, Clifton was one of the founding members of addaJet and is still responsible for all aspects of technology and development at the company. 

In his spare time, besides raising twins, Clifton enjoys soccer and classic cars.

LARS HAHN - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Lars has a specialization in online distribution systems in Europe and the US. Prior to joining addaJet and Busy Rooms, he was one of the three founders of Stellant Partners and Stellant Ventures. Previously, he has held CFO positions at WorldRes and eRevMax / RateTiger. Having worked with a mid-sized consulting company, Lars has extensive experience in financial and management accounting for both European and US corporations. Developing and maintaining relationships with senior management, auditors and shareholders was another of his key responsibilities.

 In his spare time, Lars is a passionate soccer player, enjoys gardening and holds a boats license.

WERNER MEYER - VICE PRESIDENT DISTRIBUTION

Werner started his career as a professional cook and moved into hotel management thereafter where he held various positions including Rooms Division Manager and Yield Manager. He participated in several career advancement programs including the Professional Development Program at Cornell University in New York, USA.  Prior to joining addaJet and Busy Rooms, he was one of the founding members and general manager of Your Hotel Worldwide when they were re-organized in 2004. In addition, he has been Vice President Marketing at Worldhotels and founded and runs Mars-at-Work Marketing, a consultancy firm that provides services to travel companies such as Net Trans Services, Trust International and Dorint Hotels.

In his spare time Werner loves to cook and is a passionate and competitive tennis player.

ANDREW RANSLEY - VICE PRESIDENT SALES EMEA

Andrew was educated at the Institute of Tourism studies in Malta. As part of his degree in hospitality management he spent time abroad. After graduation he worked for a number of chain and independent hotels in various functions around the world including F&B, front office and sales & marketing. Andrew participated in the Intercontinental Pathways Development Program and has also played a significant role in planning and executing the first fully integrated resort based in Cyprus. Prior to joining addaJet and Busy Rooms, Andrew fulfilled several roles within the sales and marketing departments of Intercontinental Hotels.

In his spare time Andrew enjoys gardening, entertaining friends, swimming and spending time with his two sons.

CASEY DAVY - VICE PRESIDENT SALES AMERICAS

In 2007 Casey, an accomplished Branding and Media Professional, was seduced by the hospitality industry whilst consulting for an industry publication. Having originally trained in hospitality management in his freshman year prior to focusing on marketing... it was kismet. Casey quickly found his niche by successfully creating positive synergism between e-commerce, online distribution, commercial management, and marketing. Prior to addaJet and Busy Rooms, Casey has been consulting and driving business/commercial development initiatives for companies such as Hotel Management International, ICLP Plc., IPC Media, G4S Canada, LG Hospitality, and DoCoMo NTT. Most recently he served as Vice President Sales EMEA for eRevMax / RateTiger one of the first channel managers and benchmarking solutions in the travel industry. 

In his spare time, Casey plays squash, enjoys travelling and sails.

Prashant Menon is a 14-year veteran of the travel technology and distribution space. Having previously worked for Air India, Siemens, TRX and Magicrooms Prashant has in depth knowledge of the industry as a whole. More recently he was Vice President Sales APAC for eRev Max / Rate Tiger and also has experience with start up companies.

In his spare time Prashant enjoys playing cricket and he owns a private club in Bangalore. He is also actively engaged in various community and social activities in Bangalore.
