The Busy Rooms Call Center module seamlessly interfaces with the CRS to allow agents to input your phone reservations into the system and automatically update inventory levels and automate guest confirmations. Users can preselect criteria to reduce search results and have ability to provide dynamic packaging (hotels, tours, transfers, etc.).
The call centre agent has a full and quick overview of availability and prices for the selected date range and the ability to easily and quickly view descriptive content, pictures and policies with the option to select individual, multiple and/or different rooms.
