Thomas Cook hotel concept selects Busy Rooms CRS

Pieta, Malta 7th of November 2016: Last week Busy Rooms CRS finalized a deal with Thomas Cook´s hotel brand SENTIDO Hotels & Resorts after participating in an official RFP process alongside traditional CRS providers. The deal sees an initial 68 hotels integrate into the Busy Rooms central reservation and revenue management technology.

Busy Rooms CRS will provide the group with its all-in-one central reservations system including the dynamic packaging booking engine, channel management, revenue management, call centre application, as well as group and hotel level reporting. The solution will be customized to help Thomas Cook Hotels & Resorts to implement a multi-level distribution and sales strategy.
